- QHow would you describe your ideal client?
- A mix, honestly. First-time buyers, sellers, and a lot of people relocating here from out of the area who need someone to show them what living on the Central Coast is actually like. I also work with investors and luxury/higher-end sellers through Keller Williams Luxury, and I do a lot with elderly/senior clients too. I'm hands-on enough to help coordinate the moving, downsizing, and all the little details that come with that.
- QWhat areas do you know best? Where do you do most of your deals?
- Pismo Beach, Shell Beach, Arroyo Grande, Grover Beach, Nipomo, Santa Maria, Orcutt and Oceano are my home turf. That's where most of my deals happen. I also work throughout San Luis Obispo County and into Santa Maria and Paso Robles.
- QWhat are questions buyers and sellers ask you constantly?
- Questions I get asked constantly:
- "What's my home actually worth right now?"
- "How long is this going to take to sell, or to find the right place?"
- "What should I fix or clean up before we list?"
- "Is now a good time to buy with rates where they are?"
- "What's it really like living here?" (from a lot of the relocating buyers)
- QWhat do past clients say made working with you different?
- One client, Isaac Baez, wrote: "Kiesa is unlike any Realtor I have ever worked with... She takes personal responsibility for every part of the process, from coordinating deep cleans and yard work to packing, repairs, hole patching, and every last detail that needs to be handled before a home hits the market." That one sums up how I work.
- QWhen someone finds you and reaches out, what happens next: call, text, coffee?
- My goal is always to grab coffee and talk it through in person, but a call or text is usually how it starts.
- QAnything you specifically want to be known for?
- I love helping people relocate to this area. I’m also especially passionate about helping seniors downsize and families navigate an aging parent’s move. These transitions can feel overwhelming, so I take a very hands-on approach by going the extra mile to make the entire process feel easier, more personal, and well cared for.
